Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered. The Infinity Medical Group participates in most insurance plans, but advise patients to check with their insurer regarding specific coverage and benefits. We ask that you bring your insurance ID card with you at each visit to expedite billing.

For obstetrics, hospitalizations, and surgeries, we are happy to file insurance claims for you. We do ask that deductibles and co-insurance (your portion) be paid at the time of your visit. First-time patients should access the New Patient section of our website to enter their health record information into our patient portal.
