The Infinity Medical Group has been providing exceptional and personalized health care for women since 2009. We are a comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology practice serving the Quad-Cities Area and beyond with offices in Clinton, Iowa and Bettendorf, Iowa.
Dr. Mona Alqulali, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.O.G., and her staff provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care, including well woman exams, prenatal care, Pap smears, infertility treatment and counseling, high risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, birth control, and treat many other aspects involving women’s health.

To provide patients with high quality care, we strive to get to know our patients and their needs throughout each stage of life – from well-woman exams through prenatal care and delivery to menopause.

Our medical care delivers specialized treatments to meet these needs by using the latest advances in medicine combined with state-of-the-art techniques.
About Dr. Mona Alqulali
Dr. Mona S. Alqulali is a physician and scientist in the fields of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Surgery, and Cosmetic Surgery. She also has an inspirational story of achievement and commitment. Her medical career began at the age of 16 at Alexandria University in Egypt. Dr. Alqulali earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy [BPS] Degree with both Honors and Academic Distinction in 1983, and she became an associate professor with the goal of working on a doctorate in Pharmacology. However, Dr. Aqulali was denied admission to the doctorate program because she was female, and she was not allowed to leave Egypt, the country that provided her education.
Unwilling to accept the suppression of her career, Dr. Alqulali managed to leave the country with the aid of her father. She headed to America where she was accepted by Indiana University to continue her goal of a PhD in Pharmacology.
It was at the University of Indiana where Dr. Alqulali became inspired to pursue becoming a medical doctor. She completed her PhD in Pharmacology and her first year of medical school at the same time. She proceeded to complete her professional education at Indiana University School of Medicine of Indiana, earning the Doctor of Philosophy [PhD] in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1992, and the Doctor of Medicine [MD] Degree in 1995.
Dr. Alqulali then completed 4 years of Post Graduate Training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Indiana University in 1999, followed by a post-graduate fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at the Oklahoma Surgical Arts Center in 2013, resulting in Board Certification in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Cosmetic Surgery, including the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS), and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Alqulali‘s firsthand experience with the education and career opportunities in the United States inspired her to commit personally to make sure those doors would be held open for others.
Dr. Alqulali has made more than seventy contributions to leading scientific publications in the medical literature, both in areas of molecular biology and clinical medicine during the past twenty years. Dr. Alqulali holds active appointments at Mercy Medical Center, Clinton, IA, Unity Point Hospital, Bettendorf, IA, Unity Point Hospital, Moline, IA, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis and Carmel, IN, and McDonough District Hospital, Macomb, IN, where she holds numerous committee appointments
including Chair and Chief of the medical departments of several hospitals in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and surgical specialties.
Dr. Alqulali holds professional memberships to the level of Fellow in more than 20 professional societies, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the Obesity Medicine Association, and numerous others. Dr. Alqulali is a member of and current Delegate to the American Medical Association. Dr. Alqulali ranks among the very most highly qualified physicians in her fields of expertise in the states of Iowa and surrounding states.
On behalf of her extraordinary contributions to the fields of Medicine and Research, the University of Science Arts & Technology, Montserrat, appointed Dr. Mona S. Alqulali a Distinguished Professor of Clinical Medicine, and awarded her with the degree of the Doctor of Science, honoris causa, the highest academic award in her field of scientific recognition of her extraordinary contributions in her multiple fields of expertise.
